Be Published is committed to promoting the joy of being published. To this end we have developed a program for Primary Schools that enables all participating children from Prep to Grade 6 to have their work included in a professionally bound book.
Each child’s work is included in a book and has an A4 B&W page that is their page. They can draw a picture, write a story, a poem or simply let their creativity flow.
Alternatively, the class may decide on a theme and have each child in the class produce work to that nominated theme; again with a page to a child.
As an added incentive one child gets their work reproduced, in full colour, on the cover.
Your school may already produce a year end collection of students’ work or a Grade 6 Year Book; however our book has some important differences that can complement these works:
◊ It’s designed for all students from Prep to Grade 6
◊ We do all the scanning and production
◊ The content is up to the school
◊ Each book has a sample of each of the student’s work, grade-by-grade
This is an exciting opportunity for students, designed to complement your school’s current programs.

This is also a fundraising opportunity, with a portion of all book sales donated back to the school.
Further, with increasing demands for reports by teachers to be based on “sound evidence” these books can assist in providing a bound, year-on-year record of each student’s progress. It is up to the school to decide on the creative content. A book of written work will be looked upon by students in future years with the same amount of awe and nostalgia as a piece of artwork.
